Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This notice covers noise-remover.com, the website Studio, dashboard and website API. Noise Remover is operated by Raees. Our public privacy contact is [email protected]. This website notice does not replace a separate app-store or mobile-app privacy notice.

2. Information the service handles

• Accounts: registration details such as name and email, authentication information, verification and session records, and account preferences.
• Media and jobs: uploaded audio or video, filename, file properties, processing selections, status, result references and usage needed to apply plan limits.
• Billing: plan, allowance, subscription and payment-provider references, transaction status and usage. Stripe or PayPal handles the payment interaction; do not send card details to support.
• Support and subscriptions: the contact details and message you submit, and a newsletter subscription choice if you make one.
• Security and measurement: request, login and usage information, which can include IP addresses and device/browser identifiers used to protect the service, apply allowances and investigate abuse. The website also uses browser storage and measurement services described below.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate accounts, verify sign-in, process requested recordings, provide results, manage usage and payments, respond to support, and protect the service against misuse. Required account messages, such as verification and password-reset emails, are separate from an optional newsletter subscription.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, purposes include providing the service you request, meeting relevant legal obligations, protecting the service and resolving billing or security issues, and consent for optional Google Analytics. A privacy notice is not itself consent to optional tracking. The rights and conditions of the law that applies to you remain unaffected.

4. Recordings, results and access

Audio and video are temporarily written to server storage for processing. The processing service attempts to remove uploaded inputs and intermediate files when a job finishes or fails. Processed outputs currently have a one-hour download-access window; check the expiry displayed with your result and download promptly. A scheduled cleanup checks expired outputs every five minutes.

Access expiry does not guarantee physical erasure at that exact instant, successful cleanup in every failure, or removal of a copy already captured in a backup. Keep your original recording and your downloaded result; job history is not permanent media storage.

No model training: customer recordings are not used to train models, supplied as advertising material, sold or shared for unrelated third-party use. Hosting and content-delivery infrastructure handles data needed to provide the service; this is not a claim that infrastructure providers never handle it.

The website download route allows the owning account or a holder of a valid download token to access a completed result before expiry. Treat download links as private. Application administrator routes require authentication and an admin role. Privileged server administrators have technical access to stored files and records; automated processing does not make such access impossible. This notice does not promise that no human can ever access a recording.

5. Providers and disclosures

Hostinger provides the VPS hosting and backups, and Cloudflare provides content delivery, security and the performance measurement described below. Stripe and PayPal handle payment interactions where offered. The configured email-delivery service handles delivery addresses and account messages. Google Analytics handles optional website measurement when allowed. Google Fonts and the icon CDN receive requests for website assets.

Providers can handle information needed for those services under their own terms and privacy practices. Hosting, backup and provider infrastructure may operate outside your country; the currently displayed VPS backup location is Singapore. That does not establish the location of every provider system. We do not claim that all information remains in your country or is inaccessible to infrastructure providers.

Information may also need to be disclosed where applicable law requires it or to address a legal claim or security incident. This does not permit unrelated sale or training use of customer recordings.

6. Browser storage and measurement

Authentication, workflow and privacy-choice storage support the website. Optional Google Analytics is denied by default in the current website code and is loaded only after you allow it on eligible pages. Advertising is currently disabled. Use Privacy settings to review or withdraw the optional analytics choice; it is not an advertising consent platform.

Cloudflare separately injects a performance analytics beacon into delivered pages. This edge-provided measurement is independent of the website's Google Analytics choice. Cloudflare documents collection of page-performance metrics. Declining Google Analytics does not disable Cloudflare security, its separately injected beacon, or external font/icon requests. 7. Retention, deletion and backups

Media: processing cleanup and temporary result access are described in Section 4. Media expiry does not delete your account, transaction or support records.

Account deletion: the current implementation marks an account deleted and modifies its email with a deletion suffix. The original email remains identifiable in that value. This is a soft deletion, not complete anonymization or guaranteed physical erasure of every associated record. Account sessions are revoked. Active processing jobs can prevent deletion, and configured website subscription cancellation must succeed before the local deletion step.

Account, payment and support records: there is no general automatic time-based purge configured for these record categories in the inspected application. Retained information supports account and transaction history, support follow-up, disputes, security and any applicable legal obligations. A request for further erasure requires separate review of the relevant records, ongoing service needs and applicable retention requirements; closing the account alone is not that review. Contact support to request access, correction or erasure.

Scheduled cleanup: a daily task deletes failed or cancelled job records older than 30 days. This is not a 30-day deletion rule for completed jobs or every account record. Expired refresh-session records and old expired email-token records have separate scheduled cleanup. General application-log rotation is configured for 14 days, and the error-log transport for 30 days. Those settings do not establish erasure of other server/provider logs or backup copies.

Weekly VPS backups: automatic weekly Hostinger backups are enabled. The current configuration keeps two weekly restore copies stored separately from the main server; newer backups automatically replace older ones. A backup can retain files and database records present when it was taken, even after the live copy changes or is removed. We do not promise exclusion of every uploaded recording from a whole-server backup or erasure of all copies within one hour or an exact 14-day deadline.

Application backups: separate deployment and database backups also exist. They are distinct from the provider's rotating weekly copies; no general automatic erasure period has been established for those archives. Expiry of a result or replacement of a provider backup does not prove deletion from every separate archive.

8. Privacy requests and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. Erasure rights and any permitted exceptions are determined by applicable law, not by the soft-delete behavior alone.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or private recordings in an initial enquiry. Clearing browser storage or rejecting analytics does not submit an account-erasure request. Withdrawing a browser choice does not retroactively erase information already received by a provider.

9. Security and limitations

The service uses account authentication, permission checks and expiring download access. Privileged infrastructure access is a separate access path. This notice does not claim universal encryption at rest, zero administrator access or guaranteed security. Keep account credentials and result links private and contact support if you suspect misuse.

10. Children

The age requirements in our Terms of Service apply. If you believe a child has supplied personal information contrary to those requirements or applicable law, contact support so the account and information can be reviewed. Do not upload another person's recording without the rights and permissions required by law.

11. Changes to this notice

This notice was updated on 10 October 2026 to describe verified service behavior and backup settings. The published revision date identifies the current wording; it does not retrospectively remove privacy rights or change terms of an earlier purchase. For future material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to the account address and by a prominent website notice before they take effect, as stated in the previous notice. Provider, storage or service changes may also require further notices or choices under applicable law.
