Know your file limits before uploading

Studio Free: 200 MB and 15 minutes per file, within the available free allowance. Studio Weekly and Monthly: 1 GB (1,024 MB), using chunked upload, and 60 minutes per file. Studio Yearly: 1 GB (1,024 MB), using chunked upload, and 120 minutes per file. PAYG: up to 60 minutes per file, subject to your available balance; on a Free account the upload check still uses 200 MB. The developer API direct-upload route currently has a separate 200 MB limit and a 60-minute per-file limit on API plans.

Common audio inputs: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG, AIFF and AAC. Common video inputs: MP4 and MOV. A supported extension is not a guarantee that every codec, damaged file or protected file can be decoded. The server validates the actual media.

Free audio export is WAV; eligible paid plans add MP3, FLAC, M4A, OGG and AIFF. Video processing provides a cleaned video with its enhanced soundtrack; the six audio exports are not six video container options.

Annual billing is $107.88 upfront, equivalent to $8.99 per month. Compared with twelve monthly payments ($179.88), the saving is $72, approximately 40%. Rounded minute-pack savings compare the price per minute with the 60-minute pack.

Queue priority does not guarantee a completion time. Processing depends on media, duration and server load. Download promptly and use the expiry time shown with the result; job history is not permanent media storage.

Any custom support, quotas or SLA arrangement requires a separate confirmed agreement. Confirm your account limits and the final total in checkout before buying.

Yes, absolutely. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — using the available billing controls. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The inspected application does not configure a time expiry for purchased PAYG minutes. They remain subject to your account balance and the applicable service terms, not a guarantee that the service will operate forever.
Stripe and PayPal options are available where shown in the purchase flow. Cards and wallets depend on the provider, device and region; check the methods and total in checkout.
